Appalling Customer Service

I have been trying to get a refund for a event that never took place over 10 emails later still no refund this company should not be advertising events if they are not willing to deal with refunds how are you telling me organisers do not have the money

Hi, I purchased 2 tickets from Fatsoma last night, from a link on FB, advertising a daytime disco on the 18th of October in the Phoenix Hotel in Tullamore. But when my tickets arrived through email, they were for a different location, in Ipswich, which is a different country from me. I would like to change the ticket location to the Phoenix Hotel in Tullamore.

No tickets sent

I recently purchased on 17/6/2025, 3 VIP tickets for the above event in Leicester for a total of £84.49 and 1 more VIP ticket on 21/7/2025 for £33.99 .

In my Fatsoma app and also below, you have only sent 1 ticket , so please can you resend the 4 VIP tickets asap.

I can send you a purchase confirmation if needed and I can confirm the total of £84.49 and £33.99 has been charged to my credit card.

Cannot get refund

I cannot contact anyone to organise a refund. Instructions on website for requesting a refund do not work.

You have not emailed it. Installed your App, says password incorrect. I know it wasn't but tried to change password. Again no email with instructions.

Didn’t get the tickets emailed to me and it’s been almost 2 weeks

When I tried to call or message the only place Ive been taken is this review page. Maybe I missed it but I cant find it - which means its difficult to navigate and the interface is janky anyway.

Booking Fee

I tried booking for a group and it defaults to charging a fee for every person. Surely as this is one booking there should be one fee as you are receiving one payment.
